 | | About Collonades | | | | The Colonnades Corporation is the Alumni Housing Corporation for the Iowa State Chapter of Delta Upsilon. Colonnades was incorporated on March 19, 1908, under the laws of the State of Iowa. The Colonnades was incorporated for the purposes of promoting the social and scholastic welfare of the members of the chapter and to provide a college home for the members. The Colonnades is classified as a non-profit organization under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code and Section 504(1) of the Iowa Code.
